MGT relies on 40 years of engineering and manufacturing experience to supply high quality, custom-made stainless steel chocolate melting tanks, chocolate mixing tanks, and various other chocolate-processing tanks.
MGT chocolate tanks are made of stainless steel finished with an internal and external polish (3A standard), and can be delivered with integrated agitators of various types such as Gate agitators, Perforated Wing agitators and Anchor type agitators. Heating is performed using half pipe or dimple jackets welded to the vessels shell. Temperature in the chocolate tank is maintained using mineral wool insulation clad with a fully welded stainless steel exterior shell.
