Project Overview

Cosmopharm is one of Israel’s leading manufacturers of consumer goods and toiletries. Cosmopharm leading brand crema is a market leader for shampoo and conditioner, bath lotions, body lotions, deodorants and more. MGT was contracted by Cosmopharm to build a new preparation and storage system to optimize the scalability of its production lines, decrease down time and increase the quality of the products through customized mixing & storage vessels.

Scope of Project:

• Design and fabrication of 10 mixing storage vessels in variable volumes: from 8,000 to 16,000 ltr for shampoo and conditioner storage.
• Design, manufacture and installation of 2 x 60.000 ltr chemical storage silos.
