Project Overview

Powder dissolving and concentrate mixing vessel  for beverage  manufacturer.

The system managed to reduce dissolving time by about 20% and created a safe and operator-friendly environment for the operators.

Scope of Project:

• This Inline dispersion system is designed to efficiently dissolve Pectin, CMC, Hydration of Xanthan Gum and Fructose. The system is capable of achieving Rapid Mixing Time.
• The system has powder hopper that pumps directly to the dispersion high shear rotor stator zone without a pre-mixing solution. The advantage of the system is that it produces a vacuum zone without the need for external pump.
• Direct suction to the high shear zone combined with high vacuum rate, eliminate the forming of lumps and agglomerates and therefore maximizes the yield, stability and consistency of the product.
