MGT Process offers a wide range of juice processing solutions that are based on our 40 years of experience in the design and manufacture of very high quality food processing equipment.
Juice products are traditionally processed from fruit concentrate, fruit purée, pulp and syrup. Process lines start with the initial treatment of the water and continue through the final processed, packed product.
Our turnkey juice processing projects cover engineering to installation, to training for processing lines operating between 300 and 15,000 liters/hour.
Our complete juice processing solutions meet the requirements for a variety of juice products: whole juice (100% juice), nectar (25%-50% juice) and soft drinks (0%-25% juice).
Juice Processing Lines
- Hot filling line for ESL (Extended Shelf Life) products increases shelf life up to 6 months (at room temperature).
- Cold filling line for whole juice processing with minimal heat treatment required to preserve the natural flavors of the juice.
