General Description:

Homogenizer is used to make no-separation of cream from milk.
Milk is an “oil-in-water emulsion”, with the fat globules dispersed in a continuous phase of skim milk. The homogenization decreases the creaming rate and therefore improves the milk consistency and extends shelf life.
