Project Overview

• Installation of milk pre-cooling and storage systems for 80,000L/Day
• 10 Farms each farm has 2 milking parlors that have a 40,000L/Day pre-cooling and storage systems
• Calibration with Afimilk
• The system of 40,000L/Day included:
  • 2x500L balance tanks
  • Milk filtration system
  • 3,000L/H PHE for cooling the milkfrom 26°c to 4°c
  • 2x 22,000L insulated milk storage tanks
  • CIP System for washing the balance tanks and the storage tanks
  • Water chiller at 0°c for cooling the milk
  • System control panel
