CH2M Hill Singapore was contracted by REC Wafer Norway to design and build a state of the art Silicon Wafer, Cell & Modules manufacturing facility in Tuas, Singapore. MGT were awarded the contracts to design, manufacture and transport to client’s site in Singapore, 16 x 4m3 & 8 x 51m3 Stainless Steel Slurry Import & Export Tanks with Agitators.
Scope of Project:
- Design & manufacture of 8 x 51,000ltr Stainless Steel Silicon Slurry Tanks and Agitators
- Design & manufacture of 16 x 4,000ltr Stainless Steel Silicon Slurry Tanks and Agitators
Design, fabrication and run in of 8 x Agitators for 51,000ltr Stainless Steel Slurry Tanks - Design, fabrication and run in of 16 x Agitators for 4,000ltr Stainless Steel Slurry tanks actory testing at MGT Facility
- Sea Shipment of all tanks and agitators from Israel to Singapore
- Overland delivery of all tanks and agitators to client facility in Singapore
- On-Site testing and commissioning of all tanks and agitators at REC Wafer plant, Tuas, Singapore
