Project Overview
Fourpure is a London based craft brewery producing internationally inspired speciality beer. As the name suggests, Fourpure beers are true to the four key ingredients of beer: yeast, hops, malt and water. And it’s incredible what they can achieve from these timeless ingredients – a range of beautifully crafted beers designed to delight the most knowledgeable beer drinker or someone discovering craft beers for the first time. Due to increase in demand, Fourpure was in urgent need for new fermenting vessels to cover the growing demands coming from the market. Since the customer had a limited area to fit the vessels, MGT tailor made fermenting vessels with unique dimensions to accommodate the specific area allocated for the new brewery and successfully accomplished the12 weeks delivery tight deadline.
Scope of Project:
- Design, manufacture and factory testing of 12 x 15,000 Lit insulated & pressured fermenting vessels according to ASME standard.
- Production of 4 x common walkways and handrails.
- 12 weeks lead time from order date to dispatch of vessel to port.
- Sea Shipment of all equipment and material to Felixstowe sea port UK.
- Delivery of fermenting vessel all the way to customer site.
