GEA Liquids Denmark – Whey Milk Plant

Project Overview

For the manufacture of a brand new Whey Milk Plant in Israel, GEA Liquids Denmark entered into a cooperation agreement with MGT to design and manufacture 6 x 200,000ltr insulated and chilled whey milk reception silos, 8 x 70,000ltr whey powder silos and 12 process tanks of various volumes.

Scope of Project:

• Design, manufacture and testing of 6 x 200,000ltr Insulated and Chilled Whey Milk Reception Silos
• Insulation requirement to store whey milk at desired temperature
• Design and fabrication of pressurized cooling jackets for whey milk reception silos
• Design and manufacture of 8 x 70,000ltr whey powder silos
• Design and manufacture of 12 process tanks of various volumes
• FAT Testing of 6 x 200,000ltr insulated and chilled whey milk reception silos, 8 x 70,000ltr whey powder silos and 12 process tanks of various volumes
