Project Overview
MGT were contacted by Israel American Paper Mills – Mondi Division to design and fabricate 5 separate stainless steel storage tanks and anaerobic water treatment tanks with volumes ranging from 800,000ltrs to 1,200,000ltrs.
Scope of Project:
- Initial on-site survey and pre-design and engineering work at client’s site due to unique design characteristics required for anaerobic water treatment tanks
- Constant liaison with client’s representative in Israel and USA
- Design and fabrication of 5 separate stainless steel storage tanks and anaerobic water treatment tanks with volumes ranging from 800,000ltrs to 1,200,000ltrs.
- Night time overland transportation to site in conjunction with local utility companies and with Police escort
- Logistical and Engineering support to client regarding positioning and installation
- Final Testing & Commissioning of all vessels at client facility prior to hand over to client
