Advantages:
Generally, 2 vertical blades 90-degree slow speed agitator. To achieve the axial flow together with the radial flow the blades can be mounted in 60-degree either 45-degree or 30-degree. 2-blades turbine can be installed in limited access.
The paddle turbine mostly combined with 2 or more turbine on the same agitator shaft.
Technical features:
The tip diameter is ussualy 0.4-0.7 of the tank diameter.
For low or moderate shear and low (gentle) flow.
Low to moderate viscosity mixing up to 10,000 cps
Applications:
Heat transfer, blending
